About Matt Faulk
As Founder and Principal Consultant of Cadence Insight, LLC, Matt Faulk brings more than three decades of leadership, including C-suite executive experience, organizational strategy, and advisory work across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His background spans operations, customer and service experience, workforce development, organizational transformation, public safety, behavioral health, and social impact.
Matt's other professional career as a drummer laid the foundation for the way he approaches leadership, strategy, and innovation today. Performing at a high level required more than technical ability. It demanded discipline, deep listening, adaptability, pattern recognition, and the ability to create alignment in real time. Those experiences shaped a naturally curious and creative mindset that continues to influence how he solves complex challenges.
